In papermaking production lines, rope winders and rope cutters are essential, critical equipment. Working in tandem, they play a vital role in purifying paper raw materials. The rope winder, acting as a coarse separation and purification device, works closely with the hydraulic pulper. Impurities such as wire, string, plastic, and cotton yarn in the waste paper are continuously entangled in the hydraulic pulper during operation, eventually forming strands that are continuously drawn out, achieving initial purification of the pulp. The rope cutter, on the other hand, is responsible for cutting the strands drawn out by the rope winder to the desired length for easier handling and disposal, significantly improving the efficiency and convenience of impurity treatment in the papermaking process.

Structure and Principle

Our rope winder consists of a frame, motor, reducer, drive chain, upper pressure roller and lowering gear, winch, pulley, and guide rollers. The overall structure is compact and rationally designed. The motor drives the winch slowly through the reducer and drive chain. Tangled impurities generated in the hydraulic pulper are formed into strands and continuously pulled out. The operator can adjust the strand speed and direction according to process requirements. The upper pressure roller compresses the strands, and its pressure is flexibly adjusted by the lowering gear. The guide roller effectively supports the strands, reducing their running resistance. This rope winder offers high efficiency, low power consumption, simple operation, and easy maintenance, significantly reducing operating costs. The accompanying rope cutter mainly consists of a frame, cutter, hydraulic cylinder, hydraulic pump station, and control unit. The frame is used to fix the various components and provide guidance for the reciprocating motion of the cutter; the cutter and blade are made of high-quality cutting tool steel through heat treatment, with high hardness, strong toughness and good wear resistance, and are the core components for cutting the strand rope; the hydraulic pump station provides power for the rope cutter, and the control part can realize inching, linkage and remote control. It also has the cutter fast forward, working forward and fast reverse functions.
