Reject separator is equipment for treating tail pulp in waste paper pulping process. It is mainly used for the separation of coarse tail pulp after the fiber separator and pressure screen. The tails won't contain fiber after separating. It owns favorable results.

1. Specially designed rotors produce centrifugal force in the process of high-speed rotation, and backwash water can relieve pulp effectively, easily separating pulp and impurities easily separate.

2. Closed working conditions, clean environment.

3. Openable upper cover makes it easy and convenient to maintain.

4. The stock enters the rejects sorter under normal pressure. By the centrifugal force of the rotating rotor, accepted stock is separated from rejects when passing the screen plate. In the meantime, under the function of rotor's rotation force, rejects are being rotation disintegrated and continuously washed by water, contributing to fiber recovery.
