D-type hydraulic pulper is suitable for continuous crushing of waste paper. With the "D" structure, the swirl of the stock is enhanced, the rotor and the stock are in contact with each other rapidly and the number of times increases, thus reducing the breaking time.

3.Adjustable Rotor Clearance: The gap between the rotor and screen plate is adjustable, with a raised screen plate base. Heavy debris is directed to a designated dump bin or sediment tank, minimizing wear on the rotor and screen plate, extending equipment longevity and reducing maintenance needs.

D-type Hydraulic Pulper working process diagram

The chain conveyor sends the pulp to the D-type Hydraulic. A part of the good pulp goes directly into the high-consistency cleaner device, while the ragger machine extracts the impurities in it, and the rest goes into the sedimentation well. The light impurities are grabbed out by the Grapple, and the heavy impurities go into the impurity separator through the sedimentation well for further filtration. The part that cannot be filtered is discharged into the filter tank, and another part goes into the drum screen through the impurity separator, and after filtration, it continues to be discharged into the D-type Hydraulic, and the above process cycle is repeated.
