Product Description

The LC cleaner is mainly used in the process of removing fine impurities from waste paper pulp. In order to remove this part of the fine impurities, paper mills or pulp mills are using low consistency deslimmer system. Various impurities in the waste paper pulp need to be processed by various pressure screens such as medium and low concentration deslimer, outflow type, inflow type, corrugated type, etc. Various impurities in the waste paper pulp still contain small impurities with density close to the fiber, such as fine sand, lime powder, foam, oil and wax, rubber and so on. If not out, when the high-speed paper machine to produce a variety of boxboard or low-quantity cardboard, these small impurities will be formed on the paper black spots, wet spots, affecting the surface cleanliness of the paper, resistance to breakage, folding resistance, smoothness and other physical properties.

Working Principle: 
Separate waste impurities from fibers by centrifugal force.
When the pulp enters the top of the slag remover from the tangential direction, the slurry flow produces a vortex movement, which accelerates downward along the cone of the slag remover in a spiral shape. The movement of the vortex generates centrifugal force, which causes the impurities heavier than water to move to the inner wall of the slag remover, while those with a relative density less than water move to the core of the vortex.
