D-series hydrapulpers

The D-series hydrapulpers are designed on the basis of the existing traditional vertical pulpers with reference to relevant foreign materials. Its main feature is: the Volks rotor deviates from the center position, which makes the contact between the slurry and the rotor faster and the frequency is higher.

The traditional hydrapulper produces an unobstructed swirling flow, and the paper material moves from the place where it is added to the central rotor in a spiral line, while the D-type hydrapulper changes this flow method and makes the paper material faster In contact with the rotor, it can shorten the time from the paper stock to the disintegration treatment, and can increase the production capacity without increasing the power and volume.
